The Scottish Episcopal Church (SEC) is the Province of the Anglican Communion in Scotland. It has a strong and high profile in Scottish life, is diverse in character and has a presence across the whole country.
The Bishop of Gloucester seeks to appoint a Rector for this lively and active rural benefice of seven parishes with a strong sense of mutual support and teamwork, a clear commitment to mission and evangelism, and a growing sense of unity across a diversity of worship traditions (stretching from BCP to Café Church and a ‘New Wine’ style service).
We are seeking an Anglican priest (full time incumbent level stipend +10% & housing) who is a team player with vision and flair as our new Dean of Mission to increase capacity for mission in the Two Cities (City of Westminster and the City of London)
We are a broad Church, and our mission is to be open and inclusive. We have a 3-manual Walker pipe organ and an excellent grand piano. Christ Church is a very friendly and inclusive Church in West Wimbledon.
An exciting post for an outgoing and creative person, with a passion for traditional choral music and church community engagement.
